2 cans (14 oz/398 ml each) unsalted black beans
4 medium-sized panini buns or chopped baguette
1⁄2 cup grated cheese, your choice

- Drain and rinse beans. Place in Multipurpose Steamer; add 1⁄2 cup sauce. Cover; microwave on high 2 min. Using a fork, coarsely mash.

Planning on bringing these on a picnic? We suggest assembling the sandwiches just before serving to avoid soggy buns and allow for easier transport.
